Why choose us?

There is confusion in the market about the difference between Equine Assisted Learning and Equine Therapy. We are clear about the distinction - so much so that founder and lead facilitator - Linda Wong - is completing a PhD on this topic.

Equihands is designed around Equine Assisted Learning using the theory of Kolb's Experiential Learning. Our focus is on experiential learning and NOT therapy.

We have done our research and continue our professional development in Facilitating Equine Assisted Learning. Linda is the first in Australia to obtain her Certificate Level IV in Equine Assisted Learning from the UK (2018).

Our goal is to set a quality standard in Australia for Equine Assisted Learning to ensure learners achieve outcomes.
